KIRK HAS A LONG WAIT TO BECOME AN MP

65

Talk in political circles is how leader of the one-man Fixin’ T&T, Kirk Waithe’s organisation has an ambitious plan to form a new political party for this year’s General Election but he would have a long wait to sit as an MP in the new Red House.
People are saying Waithe is suffering from delusions of grandeur that one day he may be a Government Minister or even be the Prime Minister of T&T.
People are asking Waithe which seat he will contest and they are taking bets that he would lose his deposit.
Some are saying that no political party wants to associate with Waithe so he has no chance of joining any of them to form a coalition because he has been a failure as a political activist.
He has named his party NOW but voters are saying now is not the time for a third political party to challenge the PNM or the UNC.
People are saying that Waithe’s voice is a voice in the political wilderness.
