There is a saying that a picture tells a thousand words but it seems that is true after looking at the face of Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley who appears to be angry when he apparently tried to stop a Newsday photographer from taking his picture while he was on his way to the opening of the restored Red House in Port of Spain last week.

But his wife, who was at his side, was all smiling.
People are saying that Rowley should have been in a happy mood, smiling for the photographer for the momentous occasion as the first Prime Minister to be sitting in the almost half a billion refurbished building.
Many are saying that the photograph shows how Rowley is blessed with arrogance. He may not have been in the mood for a photo and that is nothing new of his behaviour.
